Class Promotion Quests Guide

First Class Promotion Quests:

At level 9 your Newbie Guide (depending on which city you chose to be your “Home City”) will tell you where is the corresponding NPC to the class you chose to be.


- Swordsman

Talk to Castle Guard- Peter (2192,2767) in Argent City (Ascaron).
Kill 12 Combat Piglet [lvl 10 (1930,2530) in Ascaron].
Return to Peter and then go talk to General William (2277,2831) in Argent City.
Collect 3 Cashmeres from Cuddly Lamb [lvl 8 (2057,2638) in Ascaron].
Return to General William and then talk to Peter.

- Hunter

Talk to Icicle Swordsman- Ray (1365,576) in Icicle City (Deep Blue).
Kill 12 Little White Deer [lvl 9 (1250,300) in Deep Blue].
Return to Ray and then go talk to Little Mo (1237,613) in Icicle City.
Collect 3 Bottles from Snowy Piglet [lvl 6 (1118,343) in Deep Blue]. {Bottles also drop from lvl 2 Snow Squirt (1465,402), and those are easier to kill.}
Return to Little Mo and then talk to Ray.


- Herbalist

Talk to High Priest – Gannon (862,3500) in Shaitan City (Magical Ocean).
Kill 2 Killer Cactus [lvl 14 (915,3180) or (884,3156)]. {I find that very unfair, that the only class which can go support needs to kill something that isn’t killable at lvl 10 with lvl 7 equipment alone, or with a party with lvl 10’s, would be nice if those monsters were changed to for example lvl 10, even 11, 12 ones. My personal opinion.}
Return to Gannon and talk to Navy HQ- Admiral Nic (866,3648) in Shaitan City (Magical Ocean).
Collect 3 Medicated Grass from Hopping Lizard [lvl 10 (892,3273) in Magical Ocean]. {Or collect the Medicated Grass from lvl 1 Mystic Shrub (2118,2638) in Ascaron, remember that till lvl 10 teleport is free, so use it.}
Return to Admiral Nic and then go talk to Gannon.


- Explorer

Talk to Little Daniel (2193,2730) in Argent City (Ascaron).
Kill 12 Combat Piglet [lvl 10 (1950,2583) in Ascaron].
Return to Little Daniel and then talk to General William (2277,2831) in Argent City (Ascaron).
Get 2 Poisoned Fruit from Marsh Spirit [lvl 9 (1973,2697) in Ascaron]. {There are two Marsh Spirits, far away from themselves, right- up from those aggressive lambs}
Return to General William and then go talk to Little Daniel.



Second Class Promotion Quests Guides

At level 40 go to your corresponding NPC to start the quest. You can’t change to a class that is not the second class of the class you are now, for example : Explorer can’t change to Crusader.
{Swordsman can change to Crusader or to Champion, depending on the character you chose. Herbalist can change to Seal Master or Cleric. Hunter can change into Sharpshooter, and Explorer into Voyager.}


- Crusader

Talk to Castle Guard- Peter (2192,2767) in Argent City (Ascaron).
Collect 3 Warrior Certificate from Skeletal Warrior [lvl 40 (2266,470) in Deep Blue] and kill 10 of them.
Collect 5 Greasy Lizard Skin from Thickskin Lizard [lvl 39 (732,2697) in Ascaron].
Collect 1 Breast Plate [lvl 40 mail for Crusader] from Battle Tortoise [lvl 35 (2165,462) in Deep Blue]. {Or you can buy it from Blacsmith- Goldie (2193,2706) in Argent City (Ascaron) for 26050 Gold.}
Return to Peter.




- Champion

Talk to Castle Guard- Peter (2192,2767) in Argent City (Ascaron).
Collect 1 Ninja Mask from Ninja Mole [lvl 38 in Abandon Mine 2].
Collect 5 Great Bear Tooth from Polar Bear [lvl 38 (1982,2530) in Deep Blue].
Collect 5 Solid Rock from Rock Golem [lvl 40 (682,2592) in Ascaron0.
Collect 1 Criss Sword [lvl 40 two-handed sword] from Ninja Mole [lvl 38 in Abandon Mine 2]. {Or you can buy it from Blacksmith- Goldie (2193, 2706) in Argent City for 83593 Gold, you can also get it from Newbie Box if you open it before Job Change to Champion, note that you will still need to buy a sword for yourself ;) }
Return to Peter.



- Cleric
Talk to High Priest- Gannon (862,3500) in Shaitan City (Magical Ocean).
Collect 6 Elven Fruit Juice.
{You can make 1 Elven Fruit Juice from 10 Elven Fruit and 1 Glass "using" the NPC Citizen- Margaret (2279,2746) in Argent City or Tools- Ouya (862,3591) in Shaitan City. I will write few lowest levels monters that drop the ingredients:
Elven Fruit => Mystic Shrub [lvl 1 (2113,2638) in Ascaron], Dry Mystic Shrub [lvl1 (884,3156) in Magical Ocean].
Glass => Forest Spirit [lvl 3 (2220,2638) in Ascaron], Baby Scorpion [lvl 3 (1184,3557) in Magical Ocean].
You need to collect together 60 Elven Fruit and 6 Glass.}
Collect 4 Panacea from Mud Monster [lvl 37 (934,2747) in Ascaron].
Collect 2 Fancy Petal from Slowpoke Snail [lvl 35 (1226,2742) in Ascaron]. {Or from Sleepy Snail [lvl 2 (2220,2564) in Ascaron] or from Mystic Flower [lvl 4 (2118,2638) in Ascaron].}
Return to Gannon.




- Seal Master

Talk to High Priest- Gannon (862,3500) in Shaitan City (Magical Ocean).
Collect 3 Dingle Bell from Crazy Sheep [lvl 37 (2266,590) in Deep Blue].
Collect 10 Dangerous Sharp Claw from Stinging Beak [lvl 37 (934,2687) in Ascaron].
Collect 10 Heart of Purity from Snow Spirit [lvl 28 (1060,805) in Deep Blue].
Return to Gannon and then go talk to Holy Priestess- Ada (862,3303) in Old Shaitan City (Magical Ocean).
Once again return to Gannon.

- Sharpshooter

Talk to Icicle Swordsman- Ray (1365,576) in Icicle City (Deep Blue).
Kill 10 Skeleton Archer [lvl 36 (2207,489) in Deep Blue] and collect 5 Old Quiver from them.
Kill 10 Ninja Mole [lvl 38 in Abandon Mine 2] and collect 5 Broken Ninja Sword from them.
Return to Ray.

- Voyager

Talk to Little Daniel (2193,2730) in Argent City (Ascaron).
Talk to Burgess (3254,3278) in Zephyr Isle (Ascaron). {You can use Island Teleporter to go there.}
Talk to Sacenis (2295,1123) in Glacier Isle (Ascaron). {You can use Island Teleporter to go there.}
Talk to Dilady (3595,739) in Outlaw Isle (Ascaron). {You can use Island Teleporter to go there.}
Talk to Whitney (3097,3530) in Sara Haven. {You can go there by ship, from Argent sail south- east. To talk to the NPC you don’t need to get out of your boat.}
Return to Little Daniel.

You also get experience by completing parts of Promotion Quests, but I didn’t write that down because by making them we all want the big reward after completing them => PROMOTION!

As you see this guide is not completed, please help me complete it. Thanks also to millardsphere and mathswizard for the info. Thanks for reminding me rustypyro, but i think its easier to get those 60 Elven Fruits, but yeah depends on situation

ok for champions,
you need 1ninja mask, (from ninja moles in abandon mine)
you need 1 criss sword, you can buy frm the blacksmith(85k ish)
you need 5 polar bear teeth (east from icical city)
you need 5 solid rocks(from stone goloms north west from andes forest heaven) past the toguth skin lizards

for clerics, all i know is you need 6elven fruit juices(60elven fruits)

crusaders, i know you need 5 greasy lizard skins from tough lizards
those are north west of andes forest heaven, kind ahard to solo for a crusader, bring a friend
i also know they need a warriors seal or soemthing from skelital warriors
they are far east from iceical city, after u get to the skelital heaven go north
(not sure what else they need lol)

Also, Elven Fruit Juice is a drop throughout the PKO World. It's easier to just get the Fruit Juices already made, then to get 60 Elven Fruits and 6 Glasses.

aaaa for cus quest.. if i am not wrong 3 warrior certificate, kill 10 sket warrior and the greazy skins... mention above.. and ya a breast plate cost 26k..

Cleric u forgot the fancy flower... which i cant find.. lol....

lol voyager has to be by far the easiest 2nd job change quest but the hardest 1st job change quest cuz since most of your stats are in spr, you'l have to be like lvl 12 to be able to kil piglets without difficulty
